Following a series of new business wins, we can now provide improved sealing for pouches, sachets and bags thanks to a new vertical inline band sealing machine. A significant capital purchase, the machine improves the reliability and quality of the seal and allows batch code embossing on the sealing band should it be required.
We have also developed a semi-automatic liquid fill system allowing the insertion of the fill nozzle deep into the receiving vessel avoiding contamination of the seal surfaces. All production trials have confirmed the accuracy of fill and repeatability of operation.
